The role of Operations and Events Coordinator for the Graduate and Executive Programs in the School of Business is a pivotal and dynamic position that plays a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse portfolio of events and operational tasks. As the Operations and Events Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in orchestrating events that serve both internal and public audiences, including graduate program activities and outward-facing events such as EMBA residencies, graduation celebrations, family days, and executive volunteer appreciation. The role is designed for an individual who enjoys working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced academic setting and is dedicated to providing excellent service to enhance the graduate student experience and advance the School of Business's mission. • Bachelor's degree • Administrative or professional work experience • Experience in higher education and/or event management preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Knowledge of basic accounting, marketing, and management practices • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work some nights and weekends • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with students • Successful completion of background check
