As our Operations & Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily operations of our mentorship program while also planning and executing high-quality virtual and in-person events. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our students, coaches, and team while keeping workflows efficient and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, project management, and event planning in a dynamic, fast-growing company. What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in operations or program management • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment • Tech-savvy and comfortable using HubSpot, Google Suite, Zoom, and project management tools • Experience working in a mentorship, coaching, or education-based program is a plus This job is remote, however, you are required to be in person at events.
