The MCCC Hospitality Institute Manager of Operations and Events is responsible for procurement responsibilities as well as facility, events, retail, and catering management for the Hospitality Institute (HI) and its facility, which houses degree and non-degree culinary programs along with bakery operations, restaurant/bistro and special events. Responsible for managing all purchasing for the HI operations with an understanding of the production timing for all credit and non-credit programs and events, and facility needs. • Able to work well with others and participate as part of a team.
