Operations Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that all catering brand standards and initiatives are consistently achieved, while also developing a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt. • Develops and is accountable for a safety-first approach to event operations, including direct supervision of catering staff and rental equipment, set-up, preparation, service, and break down of catered foods, beverages, and events of varying size and complexity. • Coordinates activities with other internal departments and participates in management team meetings. This role requires a minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting, prior experience with bookings of events preferred.
