The Firm Operations & Events Coordinator coordinates a wide range of essential administrative, events, and facilities support functions across the firm's various departments and locations. Responsibilities also encompass managing branded inventory, internal communications, and providing administrative support for key firm initiatives like training and committee work. Travel and Events Coordination • Plan and execute all internal and external firm events, including holiday parties, firm-wide retreats, summer program events, team outings, and coordination for external industry events hosted by D&M. Operations Coordination • Manage firm facilities and office maintenance, including furniture ordering, inventory management for office supplies (like kitchens), escalating support tickets, coordinating office planning, and prepping offices (cleaning/setup) for new hires.
