Operations & Events Manager

The Operations & Events Manager is a part time, on site role based in Ann Arbor, MI. This role is responsible for overseeing both the operational backbone of the business and the execution of weekly market events. You will work closely with the founder to manage inventory systems, coordinate team operations, and lead the full event experience, from planning and setup to execution and breakdown. • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team • High attention to detail and strong execution skills
