• Has experience in working with and supporting bookkeepers on AP/AR The Operations Manager is a team builder and problem solver focused on managing LAPA’s day to day operations so our team, and our clients, can excel. In this role, you will report to our President and work collaboratively with our staff and vendors on strategic issues. As the Operations Manager, you must be a goal-oriented person who has an inner sense of priorities and the know- how to achieve them. In this position, you would be our ‘go-to’ IT person to make sure software and equipment are working smoothly and to coordinate with our IT consultant on more strategic issues.
