Event Planning Specialist This is a full-time, in-person position based in Orlando. As an Event Planning Specialist, you'll oversee the organization and execution of promotional marketing events. Responsibilities: • Coordinate event logistics, setup, and materials to ensure seamless execution • Represent client brands at public and retail-based marketing events to foster positive relationships • Collaborate with team members to schedule on-site activities and coordinate event details • Engage attendees, answer questions, and provide product or service information to enhance their experience • Track event performance and support reporting efforts to measure success Requirements: • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on quality control • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
