The OST Program Associate works closely with the Senior Director of Out of School Time Programs and other members of the OST team to advance cross-departmental communication, coordination, and alignment; ensure compliance with all internal and external program standards; and promote continuous quality improvement for the Center’s youth development programs. The ideal candidate has a high degree of organizational and project management skills. • Coordinate logistics—along with OST staff and youth leaders—for program events such as summer camp kick off, annual OST banquet, student showcases, etc. • Proven ability to work in diverse settings with multiple stakeholders.
