Keep track of guest list and respond to participant questions • Post events to website and social media • Create and send out promotional emails and physical mailings with registration information • Order and sometimes design cards, signs, flags, etc. for the event • Schedule and lead event planning team meetings Special Training, Skills and Abilities • Must demonstrate administrative and organizational skills • Must possess effective communication skills • Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality • Must possess the ability to take initiative and follow up with tasks • Must be proficient with MS Office—PowerPoint expertise is a requirement It is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel in the role.
