Outreach & Events Manager

The Outreach and Events Manager will regularly communicate with and update the Executive Director on events and outreach activities and tasks. ○ Manage the budgeting, design, coordination, and evaluation for KID smARTs events, including its annual fundraiser, cultivation events, and bi-annual conference ○ Work with vendors and venues to establish costs, event requirements, and deliverables ○ Identify opportunities to collaborate with Creative Schools and local partners on projects that increase KID smART’s presence within the community ○ Monitor and update special projects and events within KID smART’s 5-year Strategic Plan to ensure events and outreach goals are being met
