• Oversee the event development process; creating the event, interacting with the appropriate vendors, coordinate the data and invitation process. • Communicate with owners and potential owners via telephone to set up, answer questions and coordinate their event experience. • Follow the established contract review process to ensure that all vendors meet the MVWC risk management requirements. • Manage the process with The Agency for brand and legal review of owner communications and vendor contracts. • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
