The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Part-Time Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of its premier Annual Fundraising Event, a key revenue-generating initiative for our mission-driven organization. As a contract-based team member, the Event Coordinator will oversee every detail of this high-profile event, including location and vendor management, sponsorship outreach, online marketing, email promotion, ticket set-up and sales, seating charts, table packaging, donor engagement and overall attendee experience from pre-event to post-event follow-up. Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan, timeline, and budget for ICCR's Annual Fundraising Event on October 23 in New York City. Sponsorship and Donor Engagement – working with ICCR lead fundraisers to establish a sponsorship plan of action. Event Skills: Expertise in vendor management, ticketing platforms, seating charts, event budgeting, and logistics.
