Event Planning company is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant Event Planner and Seasonal Front Desk Receptionist (start immediately) to support the planning and execution of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, holiday, and private parties. Assistant Event Planner Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish • Communicate with clients to gather event requirements and provide updates • Research and negotiate with vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, etc.) · Assist during onsite and offsite events as needed • Explain 3 things you feel are important when greeting or communicating with a client either on the phone or in person? • This position requires the ability to work onsite and offsite in various areas of Houston, do have reliable means of transportation for work?
