This includes supervising staff, operating the Point of Sale system, and maintaining inventory. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience: • Greet guests in a friendly and respectful manner • Identify visibly intoxicated guests and take necessary actions to ensure their safety Operations: • Manage stock levels, transfers, spoilage, and inventory to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency • Supervise food preparation to ensure it meets company standards Cash Handling: • Process payments from guests and handle cash transactions accurately • Maintain accurate records of sales and financial transactions
