Part-Time Event Manager

Faulkner’s Ranch is seeking a polished, energetic, and highly organized Event Manager to lead the execution of on-site events and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and their guests. In this client-facing role, you are the key liaison on the day of the event—executing details, managing the venue and staff, and handling any last-minute needs with confidence and grace. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the day of their event • Oversee all aspects of the event: venue, timeline, activities, and staff • Lead and support event staff; delegate to Assistant Event Managers for large-scale events • Ensure all contracted elements are in place and executed as agreed • Solve problems in real time while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor • Deliver warm, professional service that reflects Faulkner’s Ranch hospitality—anticipating client and guest needs before they arise • Monitor event flow and adjust as needed to keep things running on schedule • Conduct pre-event walk-throughs and post-event wrap-ups to ensure quality control Required Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills • Confident, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure • Able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions • Physically able to walk the property and be on your feet for extended periods. Pay: $25.00 per hour
