Part Time Event Planner

About Us: In this role, you will create project structure and budget guidance that helps clients achieve their celebration goals. This role maintains a firm handle on project management and processes, with a keen ability to “see the bigger picture” in order to strategically fulfill client needs. As our PT Event planner, you will manage the client relationship and act as a strategic partner, resource, and advocate for clients’ goals. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requestsSupport event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging events that exceed client expectations and elevate our company’s reputationMaintain a pulse of emerging trends to be the creative resource and thought partner clients seekOversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all aspects meet quality standardsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and health standards during all stages of event executionCapture content of the design process at each key juncture for documentation and reflection purposes to inform future event planning and optimizationEnter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, project details and client invoices as needed.Join our team as a Part Time Event Planner to bring creative visions to life while delivering outstanding experiences for our clients.
