This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of event planning and execution, with a passion for spirits and cocktail culture. Manage all aspects of events, including setup, day-of coordination, scheduling and managing event staff and breakdown Serve as the on-site lead during events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences Collaborate with the distillery team to integrate tastings, tours, and cocktail offerings into event packages Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours depending on event schedules A customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of craft spirits and cocktails, with a willingness to learn about the distillation process Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic event management tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods MAST license required Reliable transportation Willingness to maintain cleanliness and uphold venue standards
