Responsibilities • Customer Service: Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly and helpful demeanor. • Event Set-up: Assist with equipment arrangement, signage placement, and other tasks assigned. • Monitoring: Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with venue policies in event areas. • Information Provision: Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to attendees. • Direction: Direct attendees to appropriate locations, such as seating areas, restrooms, concession stands, and exits.
