The Meeting Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that training rooms and event spaces are set up efficiently and according to client specifications. This role is essential in creating a seamless and professional environment for meetings and events. • Monitor meeting rooms to ensure timely arrivals/departures, confirm attendance, and ensure rooms are kept in optimal condition. Event Equipment & Clean-up • Ensure that all event-related equipment is properly stored and secured when not in use. • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
