Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once, including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events. • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls as needed. Customer Experience: • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions. • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests of all ages and co-workers. • Good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication as well as listening skills.
