Part Time Special Events Assistant Needed on Maui!

Confidential HONOLULU, Hawaii

The Special Events Assistant must be able to multi-task, as they wear many hats throughout the lifecycle of an event, and maintain communication with event vendors through the lifecycle of each event. They must a people-orientated person in order to successfully communicate with other members of the event team, as well as with event attendees. The Special Events Assistant must also have the organizational skills to keep track of all the minor parts involved with putting together an event. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of their job. The employee should have manual dexterity to be able to file, type, and accomplish general office tasks specific to job duties of this position.
