Our intimate, unique boutique hotel right in the heart of vibrant Downtown Shreveport is seeking a passionate Part-Time Wedding Coordinator to guide couples through every step of their special day — from the very first inquiry and booking all the way to flawless execution on the wedding day.

What You’ll Do:
• Handle inquiries, host romantic venue tours, and convert dreams into confirmed bookings
• Partner with wedding planners and couples to customize every detail — timelines, layouts, décor, and packages
• Coordinate with client chosen top local vendors -florists, photographers, caterers, DJs, officiants & more
• Create detailed day-of timelines and run seamless rehearsals
• Provide on-site magic during ceremonies, receptions, and every moment in between
• Solve last-minute surprises with grace so couples can simply enjoy their day
• Follow up post-wedding for glowing reviews and future referrals
• Who You Are:
• Passionate about weddings and delivering white-glove service
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure
• Warm, professional communicator with excellent people skills
• Previous experience in wedding coordination, events, or hospitality preferred
