Key Responsibilities: • Manage Ticket Distribution: Support the administrative work of sending out of all event tickets for partnerships such as Denver Broncos, Red Rocks, CC Hockey, and other events via our ticketing platforms • Draft Sweepstakes Rules: Create and document rules for sweepstakes and ticket giveaways, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. • Assist with Event Logistics: Support the team with planning and executing event logistics, including setup, coordination, and on-site management if possible. • Handle Ticketing Inquiries: Address and resolve inquiries related to tickets, including distribution issues, event details, and customer service concerns.
