Partnerships and Events Manager

The Partnerships and Events Manager will direct and implement a comprehensive program with the goal of engaging corporate and community partners to support MOW through event sponsorships, targeted program or special project investments, and sustained plans for long-term annual and major gifts. Essential Fundraising Responsibilities • Grow and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate donors to develop strong fundraising partnerships for long-term support. • Collaborate with the fundraising team to integrate the gala into the organization's overall fundraising strategy. Working hours are typically 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (occasional evening and weekend work is required). • Have the ability to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
