Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute all aspects of events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings - Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements... - Plan and organize event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment - Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers - Coordinate event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met - Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, decorations, and signage - Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth execution - Address any issues or concerns that arise during events in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments Qualifications: - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are properly executed - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software • **Candidate must be Bilingual*** If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and have the skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you!
