Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.Assists Party Planning/Catering Manager in meeting with/speaking on the phone with customers, assess their party planning needs, write up orders, orchestrate preparation of orders between all departments; ensure order is completed promptly and accurately and (if necessary) ensure prompt and accurate delivery.Assists in other departments as needed.Assists in curbside shopping.Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines.Must be computer proficient (specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).Must have excellent phone and organizational skills.Must have a basic understanding of Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace’s Party Planning guide.Previous customer service experience required.Previous sales experience preferred.Demonstrated pattern of Excellent Customer Service required.Previous culinary and/or food preparation experience preferred.Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must have reliable transportation.Must have a valid Driver’s License and be approved to drive the Nino Salvaggio company van.
