The Pop Shop is currently seeking a part-time party/ event planner. Private Party Planning Qualifications & Responsibilities: • Prior experience booking and planning private parties. • Ensuring all food, drinks, chairs, tables, and decorations are planned and set up on time. • Creating a portfolio of all events planned and collecting testimonials from satisfied clients. • Discussing and confirming all event details, including the number of guests, floor layouts, color schemes, food, decor, theme, and budget • Coordinating entertainment, other service providers and vendors.
