The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning and content creation, along with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to : • Coordinate event logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, audio / visual needs, dcor, signage, and event technology. • Follow established event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within financial parameters. • Aggregate information obtained from leadership, attendees, home office stakeholders, industry trends, and firm councils to identify and build out agenda topics. Skills and requirements : • 3 to 5 years of Corporate Event Planning Experience • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing / Communications or Related Field • Strong Excel Experience (V-Lookups) • Strong Project Management skills • Cvent and Monday.com experience • Corporate Event Planning within the Hotel Industry • Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry • Canva
