Per Diem Seasonal Catering Event Manager Peppers Artful Events is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Catering Event Manager to help coordinate and execute exceptional catering experiences for our clients. This is a per diem, seasonal position, ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, strong organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. What You’ll Do: • Manage and oversee catering events from initial planning through final execution • Meet with in-house event designers and chefs to understand event requirements, menu selections, and specific needs • Coordinate with Operations team to ensure proper equipment is selected and packed for each job • Manage event timelines and detailed event order forms • Plan and execute on-site event setup, including table arrangements, buffet stations, and equipment placement • Supervise catering staff during events, ensuring high-quality service and professional conduct • Handle on-site problem-solving and client communications • Maintain clean and organized catering equipment and work areas • Conduct post-event follow-ups and write summaries delineating challenges and how they were met. We are seeking a talented and energetic Part-Time Seasonal Event Manager to join our team during our busiest seasons.
