Please help keep this entrepreneur’s life organized, punctual, and productive. The goal for this hire is to allow this entrepreneur to be freed of most day- to-day activities in order to elevate his productivity. You’ll be managing his personal calendar/schedule, ensuring that he makes it to his appointments on time, that he keeps his commitment to working out, and is he consistently reliable. Cooking/Meal Preparation: Ability to cook yourself or the ability to hire someone for 10 meals/week delivered 3x/week House organization: staying ahead of needs in home and home office, including keeping his home clean and organized, and pantry and consumables stocked Personal errands such as picking up dry cleaning, ordering flowers, getting oil changes, etc... General Admin Support such as making phone calls, filling out insurance forms, making reservations, event reminders, travel and vacation planning, personal correspondence The daily responsibilities will include assistance in both an administrative and personal role. Assist with local and online purchases/returns of personal clothing/accessories on an as-needed basis Keep supplies for the business and personal home fully stocked, including groceries, toiletries, office supplies and more Unbox all incoming daily packages/mail and organize Requirements: -Experience working in a supportive role - this could mean experience as an assistant, or office manager, but could also mean you’ve been a caregiver in another fashion -Ability to remain agile dealing with rapidly shifting priorities -Strong organizational skills -Must be obsessively detail oriented, great with time management, and a master multi-tasker -Intuitive and proactive when it comes to anticipating personal and some professional needs, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with a team -Must be able to handle sensitive and private information with discretion -Comfortable working on projects independently and with minimal guidance or oversight -Reliable transportation for coming to/from work as well as for errands and other tasks as needed -Flexibility in schedule - ability to serve on-call during off hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies -Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common Mac applications a plus -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills -Excellent at transcribing verbal notes and managing electronic documents Pay is flexible, hourly or salary, depending on experience, schedule, and needs of the candidate.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
