Pharmaceutical Events Planner

As a Pharmaceutical Events Planner, your role will be crucial in understanding and fulfilling our clients' objectives for pharma events. You will spearhead the planning process from contract execution to final billing, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of coordinating and executing program logistics that lead to impactful outcomes.
• Conduct thorough vendor research and cultivate strong relationships, leveraging preferred partnerships to guarantee high-quality vendor selection.
• Ensure supplier contracts offer protection for both Amex GBT and our clients.
• Oversee program budgets, pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, and verify invoice accuracy in collaboration with a reconciliation specialist.
• Assess registration requirements and assist event owners with attendee communications for a seamless registration experience.
• Manage logistics with venue staff, coordinate vendor performance, and serve as a resource for event teams.
• Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and furnish comprehensive briefing reports.
• Develop service recovery plans for events, relentlessly striving to meet and exceed improvement goals.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of technology and software solutions, such as Cvent.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in planning pharma meetings.
• Strong familiarity with Cvent.
• A genuine passion for project management and client engagement.
• Experience in effectively managing budgets.
• Outstanding prioritization skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, ranging from 20-40% of the time.

Location:

This position is based in the United States. The national base salary range for this role is $55,300.00 - $102,700.00, with actual salaries dependent upon the role's complexity and the successful candidate's experience.
