Photo Booth Attendant/ Event Coordinator

This is a part-time position with a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends. As a Photo Booth Attendant, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down the booth while ensuring guests have a fun and seamless experience. Events vary from casual outdoor gatherings to formal indoor events, so adaptability is key! Responsibilities: • Transport, set up, and break down the photo booth at event locations • Ensure proper functionality of equipment (camera, printer, lighting, software) • Engage with guests in a friendly and energetic manner • Assist guests with props, posing, and printing/digital sharing of photos • Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site • Maintain a clean and organized booth area • Represent the company professionally at all times • Perform other duties as assigned, including helping with event logistics, supporting team members, or working at an occasional non-photo booth event • Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations • Comfortable working in different environments (indoors/outdoors, formal/casual settings) • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs for setup and breakdown • Basic technical skills (operating a camera, printer, touchscreen software) • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
