The role of Manager, Event Production & Operations at Planetree International is a critical leadership position within the Marketing department. Working closely with Marketing, the Manager will also supervise exhibitor and sponsor logistics, registration processes, and overall attendee experience to ensure a seamless and engaging event. Vendor and venue coordination is integral to this role, requiring strong negotiation skills, contract management, and operational oversight to guarantee timely delivery and quality standards. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant event operations or production management experience • Proficiency in event management software (Cvent preferred) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously • Flexibility to travel up to 10% • Ability to work full-time onsite with hybrid flexibility • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs • Capacity to work extended hours during event periods • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
