Job Description: The Premium Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of in-house catering and picnic facilities. Key responsibilities include ensuring all catering services meet or exceed guest expectations, successfully presenting Levy catering services to guests, communicating client needs through timely written and verbal communications, and developing location-specific food and wine knowledge.
