Private Catering Events Manager

Supervise all catering events and team members throughout serviceManage monthly inventoryInput monthly declining laborHire and train new employeesTrack and monitor server’s hours per each event.Communicate on various levels to include management, associate level and clients.Generate BEOs for regular basketball season/playoffs.Submit tips for servers when working at barsCreate signs and PID’s for regular and basketball season/playoffsSchedule catering staff for events based on event size and needsSubmit schedule on mystaffEmail availability form to all employees for their new shiftsSend staff schedule –smartsheetResponsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedure in the catering service.Manage each event waste logsKeep track/collect all temperature logsInput and correct/edit servers card timeEnforce catering procedures to the teamWork closely with GM and management to improve team performance.Maintain and charge all POS for bar sales.Work closely with catering chef’s during eventsAttend weekly BEO meetingsSupervise/maintain pantry organization and cleanlinessRequisition input and put awayManaging end of events logisticsTrack and control last minute schedule changesEnsuring that last minute scheduling gets handled with HR and security guidelines.
