Private Dining Sales Coordinator | Aretsky's Patroon | Now Hiring

Culinary Agents is working with the team at Aretsky's Patroon to connect them with talented hospitality professionals. You will assist the Private Dining Sales Manager in soliciting business, conducting site tours, booking and leading clients through the planning process in the corporate and social market –including but not limited to Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Family reunions, Charitable events etc. Primary Functions: To assist The Private Dining Sales Manager in all facets of the Private Dining Sales Department. Duties listed include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities: * Research and prospect for new leads in order to develop new business * Identify new opportunities to grow current client list * Coordinate daily functions sheets, contracts, and other required materials. Create invoices and take deposits for events * Build relationships with existing and new clientele while always maintaining the high level of service expected of the restaurant’s reputation * Answer all private dining calls, voicemails and any inquiries that come in via opentable and tripleseat Requirements: * Experience in a fine dining atmosphere or event planning * Acute attention to detail * Poised and professional appearance * Strong oral and written skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Must be comfortable working with top level executives and demanding clients * Maintain a polished and professional demeanor and appearance at all times * Show the space to potential clients and concierge/event planners * Strong knowledge of TripleSeat, Openable, Microsoft Office Please include your resume as an attachment AND in the body of the email.
