We are seeking a motivated individual to perform both sales and operation roles at our locally owned restaurant. The job requires 45+ hours a week and a minimum of 2 years experience working with events or banquets is preferred. Job duties include but are not limited to: Overall day to day operations of private dining room, communicating with potential & current clients about upcoming events and... details, training staff, continue to educate staff on changes in industry, scheduling, ordering & maintaining product, shift planning, building guest relationships, handling staff and/or guest issues that will arise, proper cash handling, finalizing all payments for events, ensuring all standards and expectations are met and exceeded throughout all services. Skills required: • Point of sale system experience • Organizational skills • Training Experience • Leadershipskills • Management Skills - past employment shows you have a good history of :hiring, firing, training, and disciplining staff • Customer service • Proficient in Microsoft Programs Job Type: Full-time
