Private Event Manager

We're Hiring: Private Event Manager | John Rich's Redneck Riviera Nashville

Redneck Riviera, owned by country music artist John Rich, is looking for an energetic, personable, and driven Private Event Manager to join our team in the heart of Downtown Nashville. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating exceptional experiences. You'll be the face of our private events, ensuring every client feels taken care of from the moment they arrive until the last guest leaves.  

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and guests during private events

• Ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations

• Coordinate with our kitchen, bar, entertainment, and operations teams throughout each event

• Problem-solve in real time while delivering outstanding hospitality

• Build relationships with clients, hotels, planners, and referral partners

• Help grow our private events business through networking and prospecting when time allows

What we're looking for:

• A personable, outgoing professional who genuinely enjoys working with people

• Someone who excels at building relationships and delivering exceptional onsite client service

• A driven, self-motivated individual who takes ownership and stays calm under pressure

• A team player who communicates well and enjoys collaborating with others

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.

• Experience in hospitality, events, or sales is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $70,000+ earning potential (base salary + commission + bonuses + event tip-outs)
