We're looking for an organized, personable, and sales-driven Private Events & Sales Manager to lead and grow our private dining and events program at Ramie in Seattle. If you thrive on building client relationships, managing details, and creating memorable experiences, this role is for you.About the RoleManage the complete private event lifecycle from initial client inquiries and proposals through post-event follow-upBuild and nurture relationships with corporate clients, wedding parties, and event planners to drive bookings and repeat businessCoordinate all aspects of private events including menu planning, logistics, staffing, and timeline managementWork closely with our kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure flawless event executionDevelop creative packages and pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining our service standardsHandle event inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations with professionalism and enthusiasmMaintain detailed event records and follow up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookingsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in event planning, private dining sales, or hospitality managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer serviceStrong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentSales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close businessFlexibility to work some evenings and weekends during eventsProficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office (or willingness to learn our systems)How to ApplyInterested in joining our team?
