REPORTS TO: Private Events Director The Private Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing private and social events from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills to ensure seamless event experiences that exceed member/client expectations while meeting financial and operational goals. Prepare proposals, contracts, budgets, and private event orders tailored to each event’s needs in a timely fashion. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the planning process.
