Private Event Manager

Job Title: Private Event Manager Slatts Group is currently looking for a Private Event Manager to oversee and coordinate events for all of its hospitality Divisions. It is your objective to actively extend our brand to customers, local businesses, and the community. Responsibilities: • Increase private event revenue through food and beverage sales • Actively extend our brand to local businesses and community outlets • Develop and maintain working relationships with current and new customers • Provide assistance and guidance to Guests in the planning process of their event • Assure effective coordination and outcomes of the Guest’s events; conduct problem resolution as needed to assure a seamless and successful experience • Maintain Guest information and finances for individual events (including sales, event contracts, etc.) • Working closely with the General Manager and the management team to best drive sales to each arm of the Slatts Group hospitality division • Communicate all event details with the management team • Negotiating contracts, procuring vendors and contractors • Gather and maintain accurate event information and ensure that event sets ups are accurate, and that relevant event information is communicated to appropriate internal departments • Schedule and coordinate special events to specification; provide facilities expertise and support to scheduled events • Be onsite to manage all assigned events
