Responsible for achieving annual sales plan for Private Events through organized sales, prospecting and marketing efforts. • Development of a sufficient prospect inventory and maintain a tracking system, to insure on-going contact with existing client base and development of new clients. • Networking inside and outside the Club to obtain "leads" and build relationships with new and existing clients. • Creates and maintains menu packages for all market segments • Responsible for updating all menus in club systems. Keeps systems up to date and accurate.
