They will be responsible for sales, outreach, PR, and eventually building the best operations and customer service team. This position is to plan and execute all sales of food, beverage and meeting space for private meetings and events. Meet with clients to agree upon specific requirements for each event assigned, coordinate all logistics for event and maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients before, during and after events booked. Heavy public contact in dealing with customer service issues related to guest experiences with event staff and the facility.
