The Private Event Activation Executive at Olympia Entertainment plays a critical role in the coordination and execution of corporate and social private events across various venues, including Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, Comerica Park, and off-premise locations as assigned. The Private Event Activation Executive is responsible for managing the full scope of event logistics, including audiovisual needs, food and beverage services, staffing requirements, equipment rentals, and any experiential or broadcast add-ons that may be required. Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field Minimum of three years of related experience preferably in a role for a convention center, theatre, arena, stadium or other sporting or entertainment venue Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a high paced environment Demonstrated ability to analyze, formulate solutions and alternatives, and resolve issues in a timely manner Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively across business units and venues Proven level of exceptional guest service Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and business acumen Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM skills Browse restaurant and hotel jobs on OysterLink.
