As the Private Events Coordinator based out of our Oakley Taproom, you will take on the client relationship from the Private Events Sales Manager upon the signing of the event contract. You will be responsible for maintaining the relationship and managing the details of the event up until the “day of”, ensuring a smooth transition to the Event Operations team. Managing multiple clients and timelines, you’ll help Clients revisit our beautiful event spaces with site visits in the build up to their event, organize tastings and help them with making decisions about their event lay-out and linen choices. • Leading the hand-off of the event to the Private Events Captain and “Day Of” operations teams.
