PRIVATE EVENTS COORDINATOR
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Working directly with the Private Events Director, this hourly position is
responsible for the selling, planning and coordinating of all aspects of
private event and meeting functions held within the organization to achieve
the annual private event sales plan.
Development of a sufficient prospect inventory and maintain a tracking system,
to insure on-going contact with existing client base and development of new
clients. External and internal markets may encompass seminars, wedding
receptions, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, high tea and other events.
