Private Events Day of Coordiantor (Seasonal)

Our Private Events team is expanding! We are looking for a personable, organized, and detail-driven Seasonal Private Event Coordinator to join our hospitality team for the wedding and event season. This seasonal contract position is ideal for someone with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with grace and professionalism. Essential Functions: • Act as the main point of contact for clients (prior to the event and for day of) planning private events. • Provide on-site support during events to manage setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations and service.
