The Sales Manager ensures their property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. 50% - Event Sales and Service • Produce/oversee and distribute 10-day Events Schedule and BEO Packet • Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours or sooner. • Partners with Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customers’ expectations. Additional Requirements • Proven 2-3 years’ experience in sales, events, catering, or other relevant positions is preferred • Above average verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Good analytical/critical thinking • BS/BA in relevant field will be an advantage • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and fellow management team, as well as ownership.
