Private Events Manager

The Stadium Corporation is the operating entity of Finley Stadium Davenport Field, the First Horizon Pavilion, and surrounding property. Reporting to the Events Director, the Private Events Manager is responsible for scoping, booking, and managing private events for venues on Finley Stadium’s campus; delivering exceptional service that promotes retention and growth. • Heavy user for Event Management platform that manages all aspects of event scheduling, CRM, contract management, task list, invoicing, and reporting. • Develops and maintains venue marketing publications, such as Venue Specification Guide, Catering Packet, and marketing handouts. • 3+ years experience in Event Management and Sales, with proven record of developing new business revenue.
